This policy explains how Sliver LLC ("Sliver", "we") collects and uses information on sliver.health. Sliver runs this website and connects you with an online medical service. Medical care is provided by independent licensed providers, and your online visit, health information and payments are handled on our clinical platform under its own privacy notice and HIPAA notice, which you will see before you share any health information.

What we collect on this website

Contact details you give us: first name, email, mobile phone and state, when you start a visit or sign up for guides.
Your choices: the treatment page you came from, and whether you agreed to receive text messages, with the time and wording you agreed to.
Visit source: campaign tags in the link you used (for example utm_source), so we know which ads and pages work.
Cookies and analytics: only if you accept them in the cookie banner. See "Cookies" below.

We do not ask for health information on this website. Health questions are answered only in the secure online visit.

How we use it

To send you to the online visit and pre-fill your contact details so you don't type them twice.
To send you emails about your visit, guides and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To send text messages, only if you checked the text message box. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. See our SMS Terms.
To understand which pages and campaigns work, and to keep the site secure.

What we share

With our clinical platform, so your online visit can start with your contact details.
With service providers who run the site for us (hosting, email and text message delivery), under contracts that limit use to providing their service.
When the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information. We never share your name, email, phone or any health information with advertising networks, and text message consent is never shared with third parties for their marketing.

Cookies

Advertising and analytics tags (such as Meta, Google and TikTok) load only after you accept cookies, and only on our marketing pages, never on the online visit, checkout or patient portal. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a decline. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer when it is shown.

Your choices and rights

Unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email.
Stop text messages by replying STOP.
Ask us to access, correct or delete the contact details we hold by emailing hello@sliver.health. We reply within 30 days.

Security and retention

We use encrypted connections and limit access to the people and services that need it. We keep contact details while you are interested in our service and delete them on request or when no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Children

This website is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
