These terms cover the Sliver text message program run by Sliver LLC.

What you'll receive

If you check the text message box on our website, Sliver may text you reminders to finish your online visit, updates and offers. Messages never include your health information. Message frequency varies, usually a few messages a month.

Consent

Agreeing to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Messages may be sent using automated technology to the mobile number you gave us. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop or get help

• Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed.
• Reply HELP for help, or email hello@sliver.health.
• Reply START to sign up again.

Quiet hours

We only send marketing texts between 9 AM and 8 PM in your local time.

Carriers and privacy

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We don't share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
