How it helps
Why semaglutide
Semaglutide is a GLP-1 medication. It mimics a natural hormone that tells your brain you're full, slows how fast your stomach empties and helps quiet constant food noise. You take it once a week, at home, with a tiny needle.
Your provider starts you on a low dose and raises it step by step as your body adjusts. Your visit, medication and shipping are always included.

How it helps
Why a tablet
Oral semaglutide is a GLP-1 medication you take by mouth once a day instead of injecting it weekly. It works on the hormones that control hunger and fullness, so you feel satisfied with less.
No needles, no fridge, nothing to learn. Your provider starts you at a low dose, 3 mg, and adjusts it as you go.

How it helps
Why microdose
Microdosing means taking semaglutide at a lower weekly dose than a standard plan. It's for people who want the appetite support of a GLP-1 with a lighter, steadier routine. Your provider sets the dose for you.
One injection a week, at home, with your visit, medication and shipping included.
Why GLP-1 medications
Why it's once a week
Your body's own GLP-1 breaks down in minutes. Semaglutide and tirzepatide are built to last for days, so one dose a week is enough.
Natural GLP-1 lasts about 2 minutes
When you eat, your body releases GLP-1, a hormone that helps you feel full. It breaks down within minutes.

Semaglutide lasts about a week
Semaglutide is built to last about a week in the body, so one dose a week is enough.

Tirzepatide lasts about 5 days
Tirzepatide works on two hormones, GLP-1 and GIP, and lasts about 5 days, so it is also taken once a week.

What is semaglutide?
Semaglutide is a GLP-1 medication. It mimics a natural hormone that tells your brain you're full, slows how fast your stomach empties and helps quiet constant food noise. You take it once a week, at home, with a tiny needle.
Injection, tablet or microdose: which is right for me?
The weekly injection is the standard option. The daily tablet is for people who'd rather not use needles. Microdose is a lower weekly dose for a lighter approach. You pick what you prefer in your online visit, and your provider decides what's right for you.
How is it taken?
The injection and microdose are a once-weekly shot under the skin. The tablet is taken by mouth once a day. Your pharmacy includes instructions, and your care team can answer questions by message.
What if I'm switching from another provider?
Share your current dose and last dose date in your online visit, and your provider will decide how to continue. If you're already on treatment, you skip the first-month starter price and continue at the regular monthly price.
Are there side effects?
The most common are mild stomach issues like nausea, mostly when you start or increase your dose. They usually ease within a few weeks. Your provider goes over everything with you, and your care team is a message away.
