These terms apply to your use of sliver.health, run by Sliver LLC ("Sliver", "we"). By using the site you agree to them. Your online visit, treatment and payments are also governed by the terms, privacy notice and telehealth consent of our clinical platform, which you will be asked to accept before your visit.

What Sliver is

Sliver is not a medical provider and does not practice medicine or pharmacy. Medical services are provided by independent providers licensed in your state, who decide whether a treatment is right for you. Medications are prepared and dispensed by licensed pharmacies. A prescription is never guaranteed: paying for a visit pays for an evaluation, not for a medication.

Information on this website is general and for education only. It does not replace advice from a healthcare provider. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and located in a state where the service is available. You agree to give accurate information.

Prices

Prices shown on this site are in US dollars and can change. The price that applies to you is the one shown at checkout before you pay. First-month prices are for new patients at the starting dose. Prepaid supplies ship as one package and can't be canceled once they ship.

Compounded medications

Compounded medications are prepared by state-licensed pharmacies for individual patients based on a prescription. They are not FDA-approved and are not the same as brand-name medications.

Using the site

Don't misuse the site, try to access it in unauthorized ways, or copy its content for commercial use. Text, images and the Sliver name and logo belong to Sliver or its licensors. Product names belong to their owners and are used only to describe them.

Disclaimer and limits

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Sliver is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the website. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida.
